Wow! It is nearly the end of the week and I haven’t posted last week’s workouts yet. Let’s just say, I haven’t experienced any sort of “boredom” during this pandemic pause that we are all currently in. The week just got away from me. As did my workouts. I’m a firm believer in listening to your body and last week I really needed to listen. My body was craving not as rigorous activities, so there was a lot more walking than strength workouts.
Monday & Tuesday
I spent most of my time taking golf course walks. I feel so incredibly blessed to have a backyard that backs onto a country club. The golf course is well-maintained and always beautiful.

Friday
Today included yardio (mowing the lawn!) and a golf course walk.
Saturday
Off.
Sunday
