I have decided to start sharing what I am working each week. I generally lift about 4 days a week and run 1 to 2. Or zero days. Ha! It just depends on the week and what I’m training for. This week was one of those weeks…
I consider my workout weeks to start on a Monday, because my work week begins on a Monday. And Sunday is still very much a part of the previous weekend. If it’s a school day, my workouts generally begin around 6am. If it’s not, it can be anytime of the day.
Monday:
Short neighborhood run. I’m not fast these days…

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Friday:
Light yoga.
Saturday:
45 min neighborhood walk. Taking a break from all the grad school reading…
Sunday:
Hike at Fountainhead National Park. Gorgeous day!

Do what makes you happy.
