Another week full of at-home workouts. I am starting to get into a groove with this new routine. My strength workouts only tend to be around 20 minutes long, so I always try to follow them up with a run or walk. Most of the time… LOL!

I started the day with a golf course morning walk with my husband and decided to do a little TaeBo instead of strength training. There are some great videos on YouTube!

We went on a hike at Fountainhead Regional Park. Even though the parking lots are closed, there is still access to the trails. We hiked the equestrian trail which had less people on it. We were the only ones there without a dog! LOL!
